This thesis is dedicated to Every human who dreams of a better life and a better world for themselves and their children.
Homo-Arete, The Virtuous Being. Mode-Aeternus-Ver, Society of Everlasting Spring
In Utopia, the subjects should conduct themselves with little intervention from the Pantheon. The Pantheon exists for the purpose of guardianship and tutelage. Guidelines are provided, laws are not absolutes. Every conduct is governed by logos, the central theme is virtues, in which they are inspired and directed. Dispute resolutions are witnessed by the Pantheon, but the verdict is reached by validation of logos — the touchstone of established canons of justice.
The Pantheon charts and advises on necessary infrastructures and vital programs, the event is exercised and administered by appointed cells that have proven their optimality. As the Pantheon advises the world, they research and enhance on governance; they do not own absolute powers, instead, they serves as expert factotum. Countries will cease to draw boundaries on the map, there is only one unified world. Nonetheless, states will be governed differing to the changing situations and different climate and terrain conditions. Mayors of the states constitutes of secondary members of the Pantheon.
The common subjects form cells to constantly encourage and align with the Pantheon to steer the Utopia in the right course of action. Hence to observe, there is no absolute leadership, leadership is relativistic and interactive.
Freedom will be liberated among the subject, and the Pantheon is responsible for the maturity of the subject to deem trustworthy of such confer. The subjects should comprehend that equality in resource is not feasible, rather the one commanding more resources is not a matter of rewards or exclusive benefit, but rather it is a responsibility based on the trust of the one with higher efficiency to provide for the less efficacious. It should be analogous to the one holding a longer length of the rope to extricate the other hanging on the precarious end. The resource allocation must be verified and validated by formal means of traceable and proven theorem. Such rule of fairness will be the premise of decisions.
As civilization evolves, eventually, technology will follow. The question lies in whether the evolution is progressive or regressive. Assuming the design of Utopia is complete and valid, assuming that the execution of the designated plan is sane, technological research and breakthroughs will take the world far beyond what it is today. In Utopia, where all possibilities are believed to be a reality, the courage to believe and immense dynamics to work on the incredible produces countless unthinkable results. However, human must be vigilant not be enslaved by it, as much as by their quotidian sustenance. It is tantamount to focusing on short-term gain, unwittedly incurring long-term loss. They must be cognizant that it is the means, and not the ends. Such addiction or heavy dependence on the convenience brought by the advent of the machines may mean the lull of further explorations. It may inadvertently mulct the hopes of realizing feats, ironically, the very miracle that builds them. Technology should be evolved to be a trustworthy servant to do the menial, in the aim that vital resources are channeled for vital enterprise, such as the quest for the meaning of life.
Consequently, Human consciousness will evolve with technologies, springing ramifications of ideologies that bring them fresh perspectives. Without advancement of cerebration, machines are no better run by simian intelligence. New capabilities may bring along new dilemmas, this has been a persisting paradox. Instead of perpetually wrestling with the conundrum, one should set to understand the message and meaning it has brought us. In the intoxicating freedom of seeking to satisfy human desires, in pursuit of his happiness and well-being, and apparent god-forbidden pleasures, Humanity must not misunderstand the value of joy and courage that true liberation buds from.
