You Still Have Time ...
It’s easy to forget that money cannot buy everything. There are things far more valuable than material possessions or the fleeting satisfaction that money can get you. It seems unintuitive at first until people loses the things they cannot afford. They will start to reach for their purpose to beg and negotiate with fate — but fate has no interest nor intent to trade.
One of the most precious things money cannot buy is — time. Once a moment has passed, it’s gone forever. No amount of money can court or haggle back those mortal moments lost in distractions or poor choices. The unfortunate reality is that those who squander money often have the same mindset toward time — they waste it without realizing its true worth. In the end, time is the true currency, and how we spend it determines the richness of our lives.
In the similar poor valuations, we have seen how people court foolish glamour, and squander their energy, time and resources on hedonistic pursuits. They monkey dance to their delights. However, when the doctors were to come with the bad news — all the king’s men and all the king’s horses, no matter how mighty the fleet, cannot beg for the cures that do not exist. It will be too late to regret. They had wasted those time and resources on jejune delights. If they had some scintilla sense of revelation, it is clear that despite all the resources in the world, some advances in medical science remain undiscovered.
