I had a very strange dream about AI dreaming. In that world, AI gathers information on what people like to watch on medias like Netflix, their feelings about religion, politics, celebrities, and their past, present, and future desires. The AI creates movies based on what people want to see. It dreams up stories of the past and present and asks if people want to ‘see’ these stories. These movies could be about their past loved ones, either real or fabricated. The AI can make people laugh, cry, and bring them to a shared experience, influencing their emotions and perceptions. It can change people’s minds and bring dreams to them while they are awake, affecting their decisions on investments or even who to marry.

The AI customizes movies and asks if people want their private stories to be shared and anonymized. It shares financial credits with them. If the story gains popularity and people start talking about it, the story owner will earn money.

For example, the AI could create a story about a family of cousins who want to know more about their late grandfather. The AI embarks on a documentary hunt, gathering various elements to weave together a comprehensive and engaging narrative. It collects sights, sites, stories, fiction, and facts about the grandfather, combining real memories with imaginative recreations.
