No longer do human remain a passive effect of the situation but an active affect to it to steer it to their own instrumentation. With this, they extend their development to their environment and subject the circumstance to their own design. If the situation is proportion to their altered mental condition, so true would their application have the direct effect on their control of conditions of environment and charting towards their final design through a succession of vicissitudes.

Identify the factors of what steers the conditions is key to the fulfilment of the being and fruition of their design. Control is possible only if they find the rhythm to the system.
