The “100 Day Game”: Group Scheme

Project code-named “Ayahuasca” (通靈草 (通灵草))

People who are doing the 100 Day Game often ask us in the community — “Can we work in a group?” We had reservedly pilot before recommending it. The answer is — yes, and there are benefits working in groups (which we called `ecological clusters`). In fact, we used the scheme to stage and scale our operations.

The 100 Day Game group mode is to grow a platform for people to leverage their skills from and with each other. Create an ecology of symbiotic synergy and deploy their organization skills to a crucible and continuous evolution.
