Thank you, Wayne Marshall. We applied intervention, collected observations and evolved the methods along the way on several groups of individuals who were facing difficulties in life. It is with a huge pool of willing test subjects and large data that we were able to derive the methods. Unfortunately, many of us have left the biomedical fields, albeit we are still doing testing at a smaller scale today in hope to help more people.

The schematic framework for evolving the ways and methods was from the `100 Day Game` (100 DG) which itself was simplified and derived from another older scheme of itself from 2001. The article you read came from the logs of working with people seeking peak performance by `Kairos hunting` within the `100 DG`.

I hope you can find more answer in life with it.
