Change is the constant presence that affects everyone, and change is usually uncomfortable for many people. The fear of the unknown, the uncertainty of the future, and the discomfort of leaving familiar territory are just a few reasons why change can be disquieting and sometimes painful. But, what if there was a way to make change painless?

A way to refrain from certain undesirable acts is to be aware of how distasteful it can be perceived from a scene that will disgust and repel you from that behavior. You either bear the pain to change or you bear the pain of untold, tearful regrets.
