Mind Tuning — The Hidden Book Of Changes
The Hidden Book Of Changes

Weaving Intent
The state of mind is like the taut string of a violin. If you wish to resonate a certain tune, the taut must be rightly adjusted, tuned — such tension is harmony.
You cannot wrestle any minds — not yours nor others for control by mere brute force, rather you can tune their will to your dance by touching the critical fuel or defuse. As a mentalist, I would interpret hypnosis as an externally, suggestive, inductive, instructable and guided form of assisted meditation which tunes a human mind for a certain placebic or noceboic state.
Your emotions can be within your tuning if you comprehend its nature. Intense self-consciousness produces the gall of loneliness. intense time-consciousness engenders the acridity of existential vacuum. Conducting `flow`, on the other hand, produces a sense of euphoria and temporal fulfillment.
Manage the `self` to contain self-time, self-space, and self-energy. The quality of the moment is determined and defined by the quality of intent on that moment. The quality of intent determines the content and context of which the state of mind will be subjected to. The intent is the tuning fork of the mind. The first step to break the shape, reconfigure the pattern, shift the paradigm — is to derail our frame of thoughts.

Finding relaxation or comfort in the darkness.Conduce a light and motivating draw to an uncompleted task, gaining 1 step to a rewarding another, as the task draws closer to completion, the vision is materialized. Let the intrusive thought be light and delightful. Making every step an achievable and motivating gain. - Re: Zeigarnik Effect, 2014-06.10There's 2 ways of engendering an effect or change:
[1] 1 surmounting vectoral force applied above the threshold of inertia in that direction, and
