People don’t plan to fail, they fail to plan. — Anonymous
Extended: People don’t act to fail, they fail to act.

To be able to `see`, gaining your focus and de-cluttering is always your 1st step. Hence, you need to Organize. However, information is not knowledge, to have real insight, you need to Analyze. Nonetheless, knowledge is futile without outcome, therefore you need to work the solution — the Synthesis. You should not deploy without rigorous testing, and even when you roll out the deployment, you should conduct continuous test and monitoring, effectively you should trial (Investigate) the methodology . Of course, you have to keep distilling the learning, refining and evolving the methods and system, you have to evolve (Supersede) it. Mnemonically, we can recapture this process with each 1st alphabets as the acronym, O.A.S.I.S. This is akin the Shu Ha Ri paradigm in practical application.

To manage the situation, we should systematize a methodology to organize, analyze, and synthesize. As well, one should plan to attest and evolve the methods.

People don’t know how to plan. They misunderstood confidence for evidence. It should be the other way round. It is foolish to step into a battlefield with a plan. Some experiences are irreparable and irretrievable. — Grandfather to Mi’kail Eli’yah
