[Chapter 92] Zhao Zilong Slays Five Generals;
Zhuge Liang Takes Three Cities.
Lesson(s):
A formidable force is made up of several factors, yet deep in the core there are 3 which any leaders must build :

[1] Empowering culture (for individual and mutual growth)
[2] Homeostatic protocol (for individual and mutual efficiency)
[3] Enabling systems and machines (for sustainable and scalable growth and efficiency)

[Chapter 93] Jiang Wei Goes Over To Zhuge Liang;
Zhuge Liang Reviles Wang Lang.
Lesson(s):
The more connected and engaged people are, the more they will be rooted to their identity and belonging, and the stronger the organization will be and the less they will bound to leave. For someone to stay or leave, there are always push and pull factors. Understand them and forge them to build a formidable culture and organization. Simple … yet most organizations just don’t get it.

[Chapter 94] Zhuge Liang Defeats The Qiangs In A Snowstorm;
Sima Yi Captures Meng Da By A Rapid March.
Lesson(s):
Blitzkrieg is not mere rush but well-crafted, well-thought, well-experimented and well-conditioned, systematic succession of schemes under man, machine, methods, to create the conditions, so that the operations can ride the storm, not swim against the tide.

[Chapter 95] Ma Su’s Disobedience Causes The Loss Of Jieting;
Zhuge Liang’s Lute Repulses The Army Of Sima Yi.
Lesson(s):
Be vigilantly aware that what is real and true often departs from what we prefer to be real and true. Fatal and irreparable mistakes are perpetuated by ignorance, bigotry, negligence and denial.

[Chapter 96] Shedding Tears, Zhuge Liang Puts Ma Su To Death;
Cutting Hair, Zhou Fang Beguiles Cao Xiu.
Lesson(s):
1. One must prepare for the worst case, grief at the sad end does nothing.
