For a productive discourse, be proactive to ruminate and write down what people are sincerely trying to share with you. Their experiences could have an answer awaiting for you to be ready to make that juncture.

Information and awareness are matters of life and death in war, a fortiori, I take advice, animadversions, canard, prattling alike gravely a serious consideration.

For every discussion whether it turns to be a debate or discourse, there is always an intent and design. There will always be a lesson to be learned, an idea to be invoked, an awareness to be gained. The questions are following:
1. Design: What is going to come out of this? Is there going to be an action followed to create something good, whether by a social change or a personal gain? What is everyone going to gain from this? What can we bring back to do? What change is this going to bring? Where are we going with this (may be different for each person. There may also be shared mutual aims)?

2. Intent: The lesser important question is: What is the intent of the addresser? Is it benevolent or is it malevolent? What is the outcome s/he intending to get? What is his/ her initial design? Is s/he here to help or here to…
