The central principle of tooling is in enabling. Tools are the means to create functions to bridge the gaps and lacks. It is the means to bring deficiency to efficiency. It brings new sights (Observability (Analytics)) and new controls (Controllability).

The human changes their structure-function to work with the forms of the tools and entities around them, e.g. how the human holds the cup. They also work to adapt to them.

Even the most skilled and astute developers struggle with facility that fails consistency, durability and performance. For the most basic of tools, they constantly wrestle to re-learn tools, norms, and procedures.
